General Responsibilities:
Design, engineer, integrate and operate encoders for live and on-demand video streaming
Design, engineer, Integrate and operate live productions from multi-camera engineering to streaming servers
System engineering and production support for live events in diverse staging environments around the US
Travel required
Looking For:
Enthusiastic self-motivated individuals with a can do attitude and entrepreneurial personality. A minimum of three years experience in the AV staging industry with direct hands-on experience in television broadcasting, video production and/or streaming media is essential. Skills and Abilities:
2+ years of experience in media streaming for web applications
Knowledge of, and hands on experience with, utilizing the latest streaming codecs and other related technologies

Creative Media Editor / QA Specialist:
Image Technical Services is seeking an experienced Creative Media Editor / Quality Assurance Specialist. Qualified applicants need to have a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience and proven ability to work within APA editorial style guidelines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Edit, copyedit and proofread all interactive training materials and creative print materials for a variety of delivery systems, including CD-ROM, internet/intranet, electronic classrooms, websites, brochures, signage, etc.
Work with Instructional Designers, Graphic Artists, Programmers, and Subject Matter Experts in the development of interactive multimedia courseware ensuring all content produced is free of spelling, grammatical, and consistency errors.
Review all interactive training materials to ensure they include sound instructional design methodology, appropriate training strategies, and participant activities for small and large groups.
Ensure that all course, print and online content adhere to APA or other specified style guidelines.
QA all courseware/web applications and note any functional anomalies and errors.
Support the implementation of editorial guidelines on an ongoing basis to reflect industry trends and current accepted usage.
Perform work without appreciable direction.
Scale design efforts to meet production timelines.
All other tasks assigned by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
Requirements:
BS/BA degree required preferably in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Education, and/or Instructional Design. 10 Years of hands-on work experience in related fields may be acceptable in lieu of degree.
Experience with authoring tools and related software for the purpose of producing multimedia training packages.
Extremely meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent writing, editorial, organizational, analytical, and communications skills.
Expert in English grammar, usage, structure and punctuation.
Ability to handle a large workload on a number of different priority projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, work under pressure and work flexible hours when needed.
Comfortable working in a multimedia-driven workplace and speaking the language (GIG, MEG, FTP, PNG, MP3, AIFF, MP4, podcasts, modules, JPEG, GIF, SWF, "clear your cache," etc.)
Familiar working with web-based tools, including content management systems (CMS).
Advanced level skills required in Microsoft Office Suite of products particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Intermediate level skills working with Excel.
Understanding of technical writing concepts required.
Must be a grammarian (expert in MLA style).
High degree of initiative and self-motivation along with a strong desire to succeed.
Ability to work within APA editorial style guidelines.
Experience with quality assurance/testing preferred.
Basic understanding of HTML preferred.
Experience and/or understanding of eLearning/online course development/web-based training experience helpful but not required.

Audiovisual Technician/Driver:
Image Technical Services, a leader in the exciting field of event staging and creative media production, is seeking Audiovisual Technicians with 3 or more years of general AV expertise in support of staging conferences and events. We are looking for technicians who are passionate about what they do.
Candidates must have a clean driving record with the ability to obtain a CDL Class B FL Drivers License. Candidates must also have the heart of a road warrior with the ability to travel extensively and work long hours when needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with the set up and tear down of all events.
Driving equipment to and from exhibit/conference locations throughout the United States.
Providing warehouse support to include maintenance and inventory of all audio, video and lighting related equipment.
Supporting inventory management to include scanning and processing of all equipment in and out for events.
Assisting with loading and unloading of all event vehicles both on location and at company warehouses as required.
Communicating with Event Managers and on-site contacts to confirm event details prior to departures and load in.
Maintaining a professional positive attitude with all customers and co-workers.
All other duties as assigned by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Experience in setting up any or all aspects of a live event to include general expertise in the areas of live audio, video, projection and lighting.
Experience with computers as they relate to show support and presentation including the Microsoft Office suite of presentation tools.
